Anyone can commune, that is to say to make only one body in everybody. Dancing in a group is communing. But there is a communion in the church which consists to eat Christ’s bread as Christ’s body.

Christ is indeed in us, in our spirit. We can find Christ seeking the truth. Then Christ can help us to fight finance and convince humans that God’s world is theirs.

In order to have permission to eat the body of Christ, the bread of the church, communion is carried out in adolescence or after. Children receive only the blessing at the communion’s time from the church, because they must seek the truth first.
